Do Not Purchase This If You Live With Rain, Wind Or Snow

I purchased this Caravan Canopy in early April 2023. Everything seemed fine. Then, on MLK day, we had a 4 inch snow, and I woke up to find this. The canopy laying on my John Deere Tractor. I took pictures, sent them to Caravan. And they sent me back a reply, that the do NOT warranty any failure due to rain, wind, or snow. A 4 inch snow isn't anything abnormal, and people that live in my area that have other canopies didn't have any problems. Also, they responded that they would be willing to sell me replacement parts. Terrible that they won't replace a bad canopy. You can see in the third picture where the weld failed, which is what lead to all of the pipes failing. Just terrible.
