Straps Don’t Age Well.

I bought this hoist several years ago when I bought my Old Town canoe. It was fine until yesterday, when both straps came apart at the same time. This allowed the canoe to fall against the front of both of my vehicles. Don’t depend on the straps when they age. Straps had never been exposed to sunlight or weather.
