Hurt My Feet.

I rarely give bad reviews but I got an email asking for this review. I did a free fence job for my church. The rewarded me with Carhartt gift cards. I bought these boots and some pants (love the pants). I have worn comparable Chippewa boots for 20yrs. I thought I would give these a chance. I have worn them several times. I used boot wax to protect and waterproof. Every time I have worn these they hurt my feet and it takes 3 days for my feet to recover. They scrape the skin off the back of my heels. I tried insoles but then they scrape my heels even worse. the rubber sole is so hard it feels like I and walking on a flat rock. They are a little heavy. They do look great. I expected a break in period but I dont think my feet can handle it.

Decent But Could Be Better

These are built good. They seem solid. They act waterproof. The top of the boot is a little narrow for a larger calf person. The insoles are horrible and will destroy your knees and hips. I recommend an alternative insole. I recommend these as a backup set of boots

Super Nice

Super nice, super comfortable, very easy to break in, I love them so much.

Had these since mid summer in south GA. Very durable considering I worked on construction sites and now a production factory. Do alot of walking in 12 hrs and the soles have held up great and still comfortable. Only down fall to these which I thought would've been a little better they do get damp even when new. Would recommend the pair that have the black protection for better water resistance. Other than that a jam up boot. Would order a half size smaller than normal shoe size.

So far have been great, first day with them was a good test in the mud and rain, feet stayed dry very happy with them

Very Not Disappointed

I ordered these boots for my dad whose a welder almost a year ago. They came in looking very aesthetically-pleasing (for steel-toe boots, IMO) and have held up rather well, even though he doesn't wear them at work everyday but considering he seems to always be singeing and catching fire to the bottom half of his work pants and/or shoes while on the job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who's tired of having to constantly replace burnt laces on work boots/shoes... give these bad, and good-looking, boys a try!

Good Comfortable Boot For The Money

I am a welder by trade and use a lot of Carhartt products. This boot is comfortable and looks good too

I bought them as a gift for my husband and he loves them. He says there really comfortable and don’t hurt his feet like his other boots were.

Excellent work boobs just add a soul insert and you can go 10 to 12 hours without your feet hurting

Sole falls apart...first carhartt boots I have issue with....no comfort what so ever

When I received the package containing my boots, I thought this could not be my boots the package is too light. After opening the package to my surprise it was my boots, after putting them on I found that they were very comfortable, much more so than my previous pair
