true to size, keeps me warm to about 20 degrees, the camo is awesome

Good Chore Jacket That Could Be Great.

Good chore jacket that could be great with a little redesign. The zipper is really a pain to get started in the dark or when your fingers are cold. The zipper on my Carhartt hoodie is big, brass and easy to use. Love the look and warmth of the jacket. Plus, it's wind and fairly rain proof. Just fix the zipper!

Duck Jacket

Jacket is a great asset to the coveralls that were ordered. Nice & warm and not big & bulky.

WHY doesn't Carhart make a zip-up hooded camo sweatshirt?? I don't want this heavy of a jacket and I don't want another hoodie. I want a zip-up camo sweatshirt. ??

Bigger Sizes Needed

I bought the hoodie in this pattern because I found it in 3XL. I sure wish the jacket was available in 3XL, I would buy it today.

Great Product

Nice coat not as stiff as the normal carharrt coats and cool design

These are nice quality jackets. Very popular in Georgia come winter and hunting season

No Big And Tall

I'd love to have one of these! However I cannot because you only go up to a 2XL. Us big guys like to hunt and fish just as much as our smaller framed brothers. Please start offering this in big and tall sizes.

My Go-to Hunting Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the prior version of this jacket in Real Tree Hardwoods in 2016 and used it to harvest my first turkey. That jacket lasted 7 hunting seasons (spring and fall) and is still usable but the camo is fading so I bought this jacket as a replacement. I used it the first time for deer this fall. This jacket appears just as durable as my 2016 jacket, but appears to also have water resistance features as an added bonus. With a wool base layer and long sleeve T underneath, the jacket should be ok for a long sit down to 45 degrees. For colder weather, just add a down vest. This is probably a roomy medium. I'm a true medium (5'10", 160lbs) and the medium in this jacket gives you room to layer, but it's not so big as to let wind come up the waist elastic. I own quite a bit of hunting clothes from some big name competitors, but Carhartt has always been my favorite go-to. My only suggestion for improvement is for Carhartt to expand the line. Make Yukon Extremes in hunting pattern! Expand the types of camo patterns. Build it and they will come.

Solid, Warm And Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great hunting jacket. I wanted an tough outside lawyer to withstand the thicket, block wind and rain, and allow me to wear layers. This is perfect for that purpose. Also, I've read a few reviews about how some do not like how the zipper goes up too high, but that really isn't a problem. In fact, I'm heavy wind or extremely cold weather, I see it as a plus because you can close up more, but if it is uncomfortable just don't zip all the way way up (common sense).
