Great Pants Rarely Available In Smaller Sizes

I love these pants for the type of work i do, I just wish that Carhartt would consistently stock them in in smaller sizes. I have been waiting 6 months to get them in a 29" waist size.

Bad Experience

Your website did not fully describe the product. I was led to believe these pants were of the heavy canvas duck material that I have been buying for years and years. They were not. The material was of a lighter grade/weight that will not likely endure as my other Carhartts have. The other issue I have is that your website was not functional. I tried repeatedly to select items and put them in my "cart" but this function did not work. I was ready to check out and pay for the items, but could not get that to happen. Website functionality gets s solid "F." In the end, I had to call your 800 number to complete the order. Not very efficient for either of us. Overall, not a positive experience. FYI, over the years I have purchased at least two dozen pairs of your double fronted heavy trousers. II like the product, but in this most recent case, the product I received was not what I was expecting.
