Awesome

I love this jacket. It's made well, fits and looks great.

Huge Shoulders And Arms

It seems like a decent-quality jacket, but for me, the fit was WAY off. It was a little snug in the belly area, but the shoulders and arms were absolutely massive. Bummer.

Poor Zipper

I have a closet full of Carhart clothing. I like the light weight of this jacket. I found that it worked well as a mid layer on very cold days or as outerwear when it isn't too cold. Unfortunately the zipper is not very good and it failed after approximately two years. I have tried to make it work as a mid layer without the zipper. That didn't work well. That is disappointing. I expect better quality from Carhart.

So Comfortable!!

I was on a trip and was surprised by unexpected rain. I went in to buy a poncho but when I saw this jacket I had to buy it. Super comfortable, fits well and kept me both dry and warm.

Rain Defender Insulated Jacket

The jacket is light weight and warm. The arm length is good. Overall coat length seems it should be 1-2 inches longer.
