Stays Dry And Warm

This is my best cold weather hoodie. It works as a jacket on its own before the weather starts to really plummet and when it does plummet into frigid extremes, this hoodie becomes the ultimate last layer under your jacket. I have owned many insolated hoodies past and present and this one is the best I've owned so far. The rain defender aspect of this sweatshirt works surprisingly well. It is not a rain jacket, so don't expect that level of performance out of it, but if you get caught out in cold drizzle or sleet, you will stay surprisingly dry for a decent amount of time. This makes the rain defender hoodie perfect for wearing under a rain jacket on cold wet days. You will stay dry and warm. I have not owned this sweater long enough to comment on it's long term durability.

This sweatshirt is very comfortable and warm. Only complaint is that the Sherpa lining does not continue into the arms of the sweatshirt.

Nice & Warm With Sherpa Lining

I've been wearing this Rain Defender Zip Up Sweatshirt for about four months and I am pleased with the construction and quality of this garment. The Sherpa lining is effective at keeping out the cold and the sweatshirt is designed to let you add layers underneath the sweatshirt for additional warmth. The pockets are nice and large and they keep small items inside without letting them fall out. I have taken a few walks in light rain wearing this sweatshirt and it kept me nice and dry. The exterior did get soaked but the water did not penetrate. I hung it up on a hook in my room and it dried pretty quickly. My only small criticism is I wish the Sherpa lining extended all the way down the sleeves because that would be iseful in really cold weather.
