Missing Insoles

Excellent product! I've consistently selected this style of boot for the last five years. Extremely rugged, very durable to various weather conditions, grease, petroleum products, welding/cutting, long hours on your feet, etc... Just a note: My most recent pair of boots didn't have any insoles in them from the manufacture, slightly surprising and very disappointing.

Great boot for comfort while working and walking..

Great Boot

Love the boot, I get about one year use out of them before I wear the sole off. This is about my 5 th pair. Plan to keep getting them.

Really Great Boots For The Price!

So far so good! Quick break in time. They are comfy. No complaints!

Definition Of Waterproof

I got these 2 years ago and yesterday I was at the beach with my wife. I wore these boots to the Santa Monica beach in CA. Before you ask, I hate sandals and shorts, I will not wear them. As I walked with my wife by the shore, I avoided the waves because I did not want my boots to get wet. Well, my wife was enjoying the ocean water when she thought it would be funny to hold me in place as the wave hit my boots. They got wet and submerged to about the 6" mark. My feet were dry. I was confused and surprised, they did not let any ocean water in at all. So I figured, why not and I pushed it further, with about 3 second intervals of waves, they survived. Until the water went above the 8 inch height and then my socks got wet, which is understandable. So I wanted to write a review because it deserved a review because it did a great job preventing water from getting in. It was kind of fun to be honest but the salt is not great afterwards.

Most Comfortable Boot Worn

I work in a steel warehouse for a ten hours a day and comfort is a must for me. I have been wearing these boots for the past five months and since day these boots have been the most comfortable boots ever. The first day I wore here boots for my full shift without problems and these boots felt like they had been worked in for months before. These boots have been through mud, snow, ice and I have had no problems with traction or warmth. I have had a 800+ pound hot rolled steel bar ( scaled from the foundry and roughed outside covering ) fall and give a glancing blow to my left heel and there wasn’t any marks on the heel of the boot. I could not be happier with these boots and while be buying another pair, please don not discontinue these boots ever.

My husband loves them. Very comfortable, really no breakin necessary. Fit well and very good quality.

Amazing

Great boots had them for about a year now probably the best boots I’ve ever owned

Stay Away. Junk Boots

JUNK!! barely make it a year before falling apart. you would think for the asking price they would last much longer. within 9 months the leather starts cracking, the black part on the front cracks, falls apart. they are comfy though.

Poor Value

The boot is priced so high I expected to get a minimum of 2 years out of them, but after only a year the soles were out and the rubber in the front was tore up. At this price I'd recommend never buying carhartt boots at all. They were comfortable though that's why I gave it a star.

Not Impressed

Boots did not come as pictured. The Carhartt symbol on the back wasn't in color, same with the symbol on the bottom. Both were just solid black. Laces are cheap quality and they take about a week to break in. Once they do they are comfortable and waterproof. Wouldn't recommend tho unfortunately.

Great Boots. Awesome Quality And Dry Feet! ;-) Love Em

Literally the best boots I've ever owned so comfortable and surprisingly water resistant considering I work outdoors in the Pacific North West my feet are always dry unless I fully submerge the boots a bit sneaks in but I didn't expect theyd keep me that dry. Only buying this my second pair because I was a dummy and dried them near a fire and fell asleep.. they melted a bit. They are water resistant but not fire resistant... Haha ah well they are Carhartt so you know they're quality! Still wear em dispite melting... Just not waterproof after you melt them lol

Great

Gets the job done

Good Boots

This is a comfortable safety boot right out of the box. Not much break-in time required. It has the internal met gaurd and seems to be well built. Plenty of toe room and true to size.
