Never Arrived

I can't review this item because it never arrived. Dicks had no idea until I called. Dick's never followed up that they're packaged disappeared. FedEx never notified me. I only found out by tracking the package which didn't arrive. Fed Ex still has left me in limbo, still wondering where the package has ended up.??? I had to reach out to Dicks customer service in order to get a refund. Even the super nice rep couldn't find it. I had to order the item at the store because all of their stores are out of stock of it. I actually found it at Bass Pro Shop/Cabela's and received it in two days. My son loves his jacket and said it's warm. But don't go to Dick's for it.
