Great Coat, Terrible Quality Zippers.

I bought this coat expecting Carhartt quality and longevity. I am 6'4 and 190lbs, and the medium long fits me perfectly. That said, I waxed this coat expecting it to last a decade. Within a week the zipper broke. It's not YKK it's an off brand, and it's of poor quality and feels light duty compared to what Carhartt used to build their clothes with. Very very disappointed. I'll go spend the money to have a proper YKK installed. However, Carhartt should be doing this right from the start, not saving $.29 per unit with poor quality zippers.

It's a very good looking and comfortable jacket. Lots of pockets.

Looks good! Have not given to receiver yet as it is a Christmas gift. I'll know later this month what he thinks.

Great Jacket It's cut nicely, and keeps out the wind! I would recommend this to anyone working outside in the winter.

Disappointing Changes.

Looking to replace seven year old Detroit made in USA jacket. New one is made in India, no waist snaps/adjustments, color is off, fit is different and stitching doesn't appear to be as high quality. Disappointing that this item has been outsourced and quality appears to have degraded.
