This jacket really is the Holy Grail. It's incredibly warm and windproof. It also has a plethora of well placed and sercure pockets, something that other Carhartt jackets lack. Highly recommend.

Warmest Coat Ever

The Women's Montana Puffer Jacket is absolutely the warmest coat I've ever had. I work outside all day in Western NC and in the winter time I was always so cold no matter how much I bundled up. But not any more. This coat keeps me so warm but it's surprisingly light so I don't feel like I'm wearing a straight-jacket. I wish I would have gotten this coat years ago.

A Good Solid Cold Weather Jacket

I like the jacket a lot and it kept me real warm on a single digit day here in Wyoming. I did have some layers on underneath. The outer fabric does make a little noise but I noticed that more when I had the hood on. It seems like a well made jacket. I've only worn it twice since I've gotten it but feel it will hold up well. I'm glad I purchased it and feel the price was reasonable. I only gave it a 4 since I've not worn it enough to give it a 5. But it definitely has the potential for a 5 rating.
