We bought 2 of these chairs about a year ago and used them on two occasions - literally still brand new, only sat in a handful of times. We are athletic, fit people, well below the weight capacity of the chairs, and we treat thing we own with care. BOTH chairs broke in exactly the same place, where the back connects to the bottom on the sides. One chair broke on both sides; the other broke on one side. This is clearly a weak point in the chair. They are cheaply constructed and do not hold up to use. These chairs were more expensive than other folding chairs (so we thought they would be higher quality), but they are actually more cheaply constructed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not Really Worth $60 But Not A Terrible Chair
I’m a big girl and I wanted to find a taller chair that also wasn’t too heavy. This isn’t a terrible chair but I don’t think it's worth the money. I don’t know if it was just mine, but it’s sooooo squeaky. But it was an okay beach chair and worked for me, just a tad annoying. Feels like it might not last very long.
