Not Good

I bought this for my daughter's kayak and just kept popping off. I do not recommend.

Best Accessory For My Yak.

My kayak didn't come with paddle keepers so I bought one of these. It's perfect because you can move it to either side and move it up out of your way so you won't scrape your knuckles. We've since purchased a second kayak; same as the one we already own and purchased another clip on paddle keeper.

Works Well With Short Paddles

I bought two clips. One for my solo canoe and one for my wife's kayak. The kayak paddle is short(220-230 cm) and the clip holds the paddle well. My solo canoe paddle is much longer (280 cm) and heavier. The clip doesn't hold the long paddle as well. I currently use two clips to hold the longer paddle and that works well. However, for the longer paddle I would prefer a bungee paddle holder. Clips work as described and no holes need to be drilled.

Does Exactly What It Was Intended To Do

Made of a sturdy, springy plastic, it holds your paddle while you do something else.

Yak Clip On

This is my second Yak clip on. They are very convenient to clip on and off to other kayaks. Good value for the money. The only downfall is the clip can get caught on objects and pop off.
