Nice Watch, Not What I Wanted

I may have mis-read the online reviews as I believed I would be able to track distance ran on the actual watch face without having to download an app.

Great Watch

I bought the watch about three weeks ago and could not be happier with it. Though G-Shock watches can be difficult to set up, the online videos were a great help and made the set up a breeze. The blue watch face makes the watch easy to read. The light is sufficient to light up the entire face and I have been extremely happy with the step counter. The app is easy to use and easy to read. I wish the watch face was a little bigger like some of the other G-Shock watches and the fitness information could be connected to my health insurance app. Other than that, this has been a great watch and would recommend it for anyone wanting to keep track of steps, calories, and distance.

Great Watch For Tracking Activity.

This watch does everything as advertised. I really enjoy all of the features of the app as well. Only minor complaint is display is hard to see unless you're in a well lighted area or hit the backlight button. Otherwise great watch and really helping with fitness goals.

Great Looks... Great Performance

Had a FitBit years back for the purpose of tracking steps to keep healthy. Seriously think the item never tracked accurately. Came across Casio G-Shock watch / Digital step tracker. 1st off, for Me not being a "Watch" person, I thought I would have a difficult time adjusting to it. NO. Very comfortable band, don't really know it's there, seems to be tracking steps well. Appears more accurate than FitBit. Seeing the numbers also helps motivate for more steps if you're short of your goal. :)

Just What I Needed

I bought this watch with two gift cards and $10 worth of ScoreCard rewards. Shipping was free. So it was essentially a gift. I was looking for a watch that could track steps, but also had durability and water resistance in mind. I also didn’t want a watch that looked too “tech-ish” and was made by a reputable company. I like it very much. The app is cool, setup was easy (self explanatory when using the app), and it is comfortable to wear 24 hrs a day. For <$100, this is an awesome watch. My only issue is that Dick’s doesn’t carry these in store. I wanted to see it with my own eyes before buying, but I’m glad I gambled and bought it online.

Overall Great Watch

I really like this watch. It is super rugged (like most g-shocks), it's easy to read in the dark while using the light function, and the watch looks great. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because there are times when it is a little difficult to read the dark face...although I have to admit that I do wear glasses :)
