Good Training Tool

Takes up a bit of space, but can slide around easy enough to stow away. I have carpet in the basement where I use this, so it may have better results than those using on a hard/flat surface. Bob can take a beating.

Good Quality And Easy Setup

Purchased this item as a supplement to martial arts training. The plastic on Bob is sturdy and can sustain quite a bit of hits and kicks. The body articulation helps with strike precision. The product comes fully assembled so all you need to do is put it on gym mat (to prevent breakage of the bottom as it shift with hits) and fill it with water and/or sand and you are set for use

Would give a 5 star rating if the top screw hole lined up on the back of the bob dummy which was such a hassle trying to align only flaw I encountered so far other than that it is a perfect exercise base dummy.
