Ok For Beginners

I train Muay Thai about 7 hours a week, so these get worn a fair bit. When I first started training, I thought they were OK, but, as I've gotten more experienced, I've noticed they don't work as well as they could. They don't use a hook and loop strap system, so it's hard to get them as tight as you need. For me, they end up rotating and completely slide off my shin (especially when people catch your kicks). The velcro also comes undone pretty easily, so it ends up falling off sometimes too. The padding also doesn't seem incredibly thick. I don't kick even close to full force in sparring, and I still end up with pretty dark bruises on my shins from people checking me with their knees and elbows. For the price, I would probably go with a different option. I've seen a lot of other brands out there that look like they stay on better for less than $50.

Great Shin Guards

I bought these for my son, and he loves them. He has had others but says these are easy to move around in.

Good For Light Training

Work ok for light sparing. They didn’t have a medium and I had to get a large so they are a bit loose
