Love It!!

I bought this New Year’s Day and I love it! I used an exercise band to anchor underneath so it doesn’t sway too much. I’m only 5’3” so this height is perfect. It has the handle to do knees and elbows as well. Overall I’m so happy with it and, yes it moves, but it definitely takes my punches and kicks. I’m a 43 year old female and haven’t been back to the boxing gym since the pandemic started. So this is perfect! Love it!
