Way Too Wide And Long

I bought these shoes about 5 weeks ago. They will not allow me to exchange them, since I have taken longer than 30 days to return. UGH!!! I have loved Chaco boots and sandals for years, but this sandal is made for wide ankles and feet. It is also about one size larger than my previous sandals purchased in the past. I would gladly exchange them for a smaller size in hopes that those would fit better. Now I realize that I have loved Chacos because of their adjustability. These foot straps have NO adjustability and the ankle straps have very minimal adjustability. Not satisfied!!
