Love these shoes! I have 2 pair and I wear each all the time. I wish they had more colors!

I’ve had my lowdowns since 2020, and I have worn them hiking, camping, river crossing, etc etc. for miles and miles. They have held up great and are still going strong. I have wide feet, and these are extremely comfortable and don’t rub anywhere (even when wet). my only complaint is that the front will sometimes get caught on rocks and flip underneath. Overall, one of my favorite shoes.

DO NOT BUY THIS SANDAL. After wearing these sandals on a walk a few times.. it is very clear that they are not made well/defective. The straps become loose immediately - I have to stop walking to tighten the straps every few minutes. I came back to the website to look at reviews and several other people have had the same problem. Contacted support already and getting a refund. Just wanted other buyers to know before buying.

My favorite chaco sandal I literally have 5 pairs. Perfect minimalist support for my foot. I can’t do regular chaco arches they hurt me. These are wonderful

Love the color but the straps in each sandal are different lengths. One does not tighten enough

I love the look of the sandals but these do not fit like the previous pair I purchased last year. They do not stay tightened where I adjust them and while walking, the heel slides off. The side with the pinky toe also rubs in a weird place causing pain. I only wear them on quick errand trips and not on days I’ll be on my feet long.

Overll good - I have had chacos the last 25 years, but this was my first buy in a while. I purhcse based on my old pair (20 years old) and thiw woman's size 7 was considerally smaller than my older pair - still fit though. I bought these as with my original chacos on the beach sand got into the areas to pull the straps thorugh making it hard to adjust - I liked that these the adjustable part was "above ground". that said in the fron the part holding the straps rubs just a bit.... overall thought I like them

Not what you're used to, not bad. The different fit means that these work loose faster than my traditional Chacos. Once loosened, I'm more likely to scuff the toe. Pick up your feet and these make a easy, lightweight summer sandal.

The strap against the big toe rubs against the skin to cause a terrible blister. This shoe is horrible. I do not recommend buying it.

I am an avid Chaco supporter but I don’t love these. I’ve had them for just a few months and the straps are already getting torn up at the clasp. The leather connector is detaching by the heel. I’ve had a pair of black Zs for two years before replacing and only had to do it then because the soles got too worn in (didn’t realize they had a send-in program at the time). Been wearing the new pair for another two and they are my top fav shoe so I know it’s not the brand.

I really love the color of my sandals and the comfort, but the straps don’t stay tight whatsoever. No matter how I adjust them, they always end up slipping loose. I have three pairs of chacos and these are the one pair that loosen up like this. Really disappointed.

These are so comfortable and look super cute! The only gripe I have is that the straps don't stay tightened very long. Not long since owning, the buckles snagged on a piece of thread on each shoe, so that inadvertently keeps the straps tight... the snags just make it harder to take the sandals off then. I can't give my lowdowns a perfect rating because of this, but it doesn't change how much I like them. I bought them because I heard they were comfortable, and I wanted a nice pair of sandals to wear out and about, and these met my expectations. Overall very happy with them

Little support, straps don't stay secure- regular tightening is needed during use, okay sandals, but annoying.

Recently purchased a pair of these — I love the colors, and they’re lightweight, but still have good arch support. I’m wishing I had read some of the reviews here first! As some have noted, the strap doesn’t stay tight, and sadly on both sides the little “teeth” on the clasp dug through the strap fabric and got stuck. Now the strap is frayed in that spot and the clasp gets stuck every time, and after only a couple wears. I’m contrast, I’ve had a pair of Chaco Z/2s for almost a decade and love them. I was hoping for a cute lightweight city version, but sadly these are not it.

I have loved chacos for 20+ years. Recently bought these and they feel great but for the 1st time I’m disappointed with the quality of the sole. After a few wears they look beat up. I like the older sole better for its quality.
