I ordered the Townes sandals to replace my very worn out black sandals. I really like the way these feel on my feet- comfortable and solid. However, I am still getting use to the large footbed, and the way it looks on my feet. Basically, they just look big, and I am not used to that. Hopefully as I wear them more it will be ok.

Cute, But So Uncomfortable
These shoes are cute, but the piece that allows the strap to be adjustable is extremely uncomfortable. The irritation caused blisters and bruising. I have walked miles in Chaco Sandals, this pair did not last a day. With competition like Bedrock and Dr Martens, the designers need to be extra mindful in order to keep longtime, loyal customers coming back. Chaco had a wonderful design with the Wayfarer - build in that.
