Heavier Than Thought

Shoes arrived and are beautiful 😍 I walked around in them in my house and for me they are heavier than I thought they would be so I returned them. I am used to the original slides...good looking shoes though.

Wide And Floppy

not really what I am looking for, they are very wide and heavy lots of rubber.

Heavy

The shoes are well made. They are just way too heavy

Good Slip On Shoe

Very easy shoe to slip on and wear all day. The straps can rub the insides of your feet as you break them in. The top of one foot was sore where the strap felt as if it rubbed the bone but overall it felt nice and I wear them frequently.

Can’t Wear Very Long At A Time

I love the casual look of these, and I wish I could say they are perfect, BUT…the hardware holding the strap rubs my foot so badly that I can’t wear them for long. These definitely have a design/wearability flaw.

Returned

Terribly uncomfortable and had to return. I thought they'd fit like Birkenstocks but the straps cut into my feet. Also, they're weirdly wide and looked clownish on me.

Slides!!

Townes slide very well made and much sturdier than I expected! Will take the winter wearing around house to break them in . Possible run a bit large but I am a small boned person . Supportive foot bed and arch .

Painful To Wear

It’s a beautiful pair of shoes but The buckle causes pain to my pinky toe

Looks Great Feels Terrible

The sandals are beautiful but the fit though. The metal clasp on the side hurt my pinky toe.

Uncomfortable

Just bought these and they are uncomfortable! I won’t be able to wear them.

Ouch- Pinch!

Pinchy and half sizes desperately needed. The straps are extremely stiff and can't be moved to allow more comfort. Darn- cause these are cute

Cute But A Bit Chunky Looking On My Feet

The slides are cute but are a bit chunkier looking than I expected. The edges on the different layers on the sole look more pronounced in person that the picture looks. The indent for the Chaco name on the footbed is a bit irritating on the bottom of my foot; I'm hoping as I wear them more, it will soften.

Townes Slides

I like the shoes. The left one is super comfortable! The right one rubs my toe and causes a blister. My friend got the same pair and her right one is great and the left one rubs her toe and gives her a blister.

They Make A Small Foot Look Huge!

Bought this and another pair with the "lip" on them. They are horrible as, if your foot actually fit within the lip then it makes your foot look huge. I have small, wide feet anyway so the shoes look like boats on my feet. My husband doesn'tusually comment on my shoes but these he he objected to rather strenuously. Returned this pair because my toes didn't fit within the lip and should have returned the other one also.

Great Birkenstock Dupe Idea, Poor Execution

I really loved the look of these shoes (stoked bc they looked kind of like Birks but with more support!) and read some reviews before adding to my cart, but unfortunately after wearing them a handful of times I think I’m gonna have to send them back. The little elastic piece where the strap meets the midsole pinches on the inside of both my feet with every step, which resulted in matching open blisters after walking only a half mile. It also feels like the strap system is far too tight to the midsole, and even though I have a very low volume foot, and my toes end up sliding back from the front constantly. I was hoping that would go away with breaking them in more, but I don’t think I’ll be able to get around the elastic-blistering situation.
