17 Years Later, Quality Not The Same

I bought 3 pair in 2025. They are equally comfortable. However, three noticeable and concerning differences. (1) Toebed design is flatter. 2008 pairs toebed curves up more. I tightened strap as much as I can, still find myself catching the front of the toebed and nearly tripping! (2) The sole of 2008 pairs look like tractor tires; the sole of 2025 pairs not even close; thinner, even shiny as if they could be slippery. (3) Strap fabric thinner.
