Extra Needles Should Be Included

I bought new spikes for my daughter as so far she was using regular sneakers. We thought we tightened the needles enough, but after first use of some two needles got lost. One on each she and strongly in the same location. We had to go back to the store and unfortunately they were sold out for that size needle. We had to get a pack on close size and replace all needles. Just like furniture come with extra screws, these shoes should come with extra couple needles. Thank you.
