Pucks Fell Apart

Bought this for Stevens Park in Kershaw, SC for out community to enjoy. One puck fell apart when the package was opened. I glued it back together. Since the 3 other pucks have separated with minimal use. Dick’s would be wise to discontinue offering this poorly designed and made product and send me my money back

Poor Puck Quality

We’ve played on a lot of shuffleboard courts and due to the condition of the last resorts equipment, decided to order our own from Dick’s. Imagine our surprise when we opened the pucks to find plastic covered pucks that definitely don’t perform as resin pucks do. Sticks were as expected.

Our family - three sons and three grandsons -- love playing shuffleboard and have great competitions. Had to re-order sticks after two years because one grandson (the youngest at 11) got upset, hit the stick hard on the concrete and the stick broke.
