I bought these to use on my shoes for my spin bike and they fit wonderfully well and are being used everyday.

Dangerous!
I bought this a month ago. I kept getting stuck in my pedal and it would also twist while riding. Took my shoes and cleats into a professional store (Trek) to have checked and even they struggled to get the cleat to release from the pedal. This could be extremely dangerous if you can’t kick out while riding. I wouldn’t suggest NOT getting these and go with Schimano. Cheaper and it’s like butter clipping in and out!

You Always Need A Spare Set
bought these as a backup to the pair of cleats for the charge pedals. work very well for the charge pedals.
