Missing Parts From Shipment

Due to lack of attention on Dicks Sporting Goods employee, when picking and packing the merchandise. I am missing parts. 2 bike basket handle bails. And 5 bike basket handle bail grips. Very hard to locate customer service to report the missing parts.

Cute But Hard To Install

Maybe it was the type of bike we installed on but it’s hard to get the basket to sit correctly and feel secure

I will give this basket a 4 star because the instructions wasn't really clear, but overall once I figured it out after 3 tries I finally figured it out by looking at someone else picture online. I have an ebike and I wanted to make sure my cords would be OK. All in all I had to push the cord slightly in for the basket to sit. I find the basket very durable and sturdy when I go on rides, I can carry my water bottle and whatever small trinkets I get from the Saturday market. My only negative is that the maker of this basket get better instructions to install cause some of us aren't that savvy.

Perfect Light-duty Front Basket

I’ve had this basket 2 years and have been happy with it. I don’t think there was any weight limit info provided, but do not overload it or you will stress the plastic bracket and thin rim of the basket. I would guess you shouldn’t put anything heavier than a half gallon of milk in it. It’s great for my lunch bag or light shopping bag. Also the installation instructions are hard to follow. I too encountered the problem reported by one other user of it not staying upright until i discovered I had installed the bracket incorrectly. See attached photo for how it should look. I like that’s it’s easily removable to carry it as a shopping basket. Overall, it’s a good basket for the price and I’ll be buying it again the day mine wears out.

Wife’s Bike

Bought this for my wife (she had been wanting a basket for her bike for a while) and she LOVES it! Easy to install, handles all that she wants to carry.

Doesn't Fit Bike

I have a Charge bike, so I figured this basket would fit. Nope, the clamps have to stretch to fit on the bar.. Disappointed.

Kind Of Small - Kind Of Cheap

The photo makes the basket look larger than it is....it's kind of small-ish. Also, the quick-release mechanism is kind of cheap-ish. It does work...but it's a bit of a struggle. It was a struggle to put the basket on the bike. You need to have very strong hands.....You must use the rubber shims, or else the basket won't stay upright....even with the shims, if you put anything inside the basket it will rotate and drop down. Not a very good quality product.

Wire Basket

I bought this basket at the time I bought a new bike. They were supposed to put it on but didn't and I don't know how it is supposed to go on correctly

I’ve been using this basket for about a month and I love it. Holds lots of things. Very sturdy. Super easy to install. Highly recommend.

Simple And Functional

Great item simple to install and handy to remove as necessary. Great value for the price. We put it on an Island Cruiser bike for running to beach and around island. A bit large in a bike rack with other bikes but easily removed if it gets in the way. Highly recommend it if you need a basket.
