Unless you hate your back and can't say goodbye to its knots, get this Chirp set now! Easily the best item I have bought in a v long time. Have used it every day and it has yet to not ease the knots and clickity click sections of my back, like in the video. The gridding creates pressure without being aggressive. (I would like a slightly firmer, more gripping pattern option to go deeper into breaking up knots in at least one of these.) Can't speak to the neck one. -- Value, even at full price, and great for its purpose.
