Save Your Money! It Came Broken!

Arrived and doesn’t work. The screen is slightly back lit but nothing else comes on. Really disappointing

Great Concept, Needs Improvement

I was excited about the Chirp Halo because it's wireless and app-controlled, making it perfect for targeted pain relief at home. It really does help with my shoulder pain—the stimulation feels effective, and the portability is a big plus when I'm using it while relaxing. However, the adhesive pads are a major disappointment and undermine the biggest benefit of going wireless. They don't stay stuck well at all, especially when moving around even a little bit. I This completely defeats the purpose of a cordless design—you end up having to stay perfectly still to keep them in place, which isn't practical. I've followed all the maintenance instructions (clean skin, proper storage, etc.), but the pads lose their stickiness much faster than the advertised up to 20 uses—often after just a few sessions for me. They peel off easily, and replacements add up quickly at this price point. The unit itself and the concept are great, but Chirp really needs to improve the pad formula for better longevity and stronger hold during movement. For around $200 (plus ongoing pad costs), it's expensive for a device where the adhesion is an issue. Until then, it's good for stationary use but falls short for active at-home therapy. I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars—solid pain relief potential, but the pads need serious work

Gets The Job Done

We purchased this a few weeks ago. For the most part it gets the jobs done with sore muscles. certain spots on the back are hard to get to because of the main part the connects to the bluetooth. Its locks onto the pads with a button and sometimes its hard to get it to lock on. The pads lost their stick pretty quick. We were use the product daily. As far as the muscle stimulation, it does a great job.
