I ordered this a week ago for my nephews birthday. Received it a couple days later. Opened the package.. the box was ripped in numerous places, paint missing, dirt spots and ball flat. 100% had been used, like obviously, badly. I tried to return. (Store is one hour away). None in stock. None could be delivered in time. The manager had the audacity to ask me if I was sure it had been used lol. Offered to air the ball back up for me to take to my nephew to open and told me I would have to make another trip to return. Super unhelpful. Super disappointed. Cannot believe that they would accept this ball as a return and then have a customer pay full price on top of it, plus two additional trips to fix a problem they created.
