I ordered this a week ago for my nephews birthday. Received it a couple days later. Opened the package.. the box was ripped in numerous places, paint missing, dirt spots and ball flat. 100% had been used, like obviously, badly. I tried to return. (Store is one hour away). None in stock. None could be delivered in time. The manager had the audacity to ask me if I was sure it had been used lol. Offered to air the ball back up for me to take to my nephew to open and told me I would have to make another trip to return. Super unhelpful. Super disappointed. Cannot believe that they would accept this ball as a return and then have a customer pay full price on top of it, plus two additional trips to fix a problem they created.

Junk! Purchased one which worked in the store. Got home lights worked (maybe) for 5 mins. Returned it and purchased a new one - same situation happened. Returned again. Kids were so disappointed.

Light Goes Out Right Away
Made sure to keep it dry and clean inside after playing with it outside. No extreme temperatures and no water damage. Can I fix this?

Stopped Working After 1 Day
My son got this as a gift and was excited to play with it. He played with it the night he got it and loved it. When he went to play with it the next day it would only light up occasionally and now it does not light up at all. I reached out to the manufacturer but they have ignored my request for help. Would not recommend.

Cool Basketball But….
The idea is great- we used it but the light flickers on and off quite a bit- the battery placement hits the ground and flickers sometimes - but for the price it’s fine

Awesome Gift
Bought for a 12 year old boys birthday and he immediately loved it and hasn't stopped playing with it since he unwrapped it. It's nicely packed and reasonably priced. I purchased one on Amazon and it was deflated, came in a clear plastic bag and cost much more!

Good Ball!
I was super exited to be able to touch the ball. Unfortunately, my son wanted it back so he could practice. It bounced well on the playground and the indoor basketball court. Comes inflated.
