The bike is really nice and it’s reliable, but the services that they provided their warranty kind of sucks you got one free tube replacement and a free tuneup every year which is OK I guess but my bike was $1000. You can find better ones cheaper than this.

The Bike Works Just As It Said It Would.

Bought this bike for my wife and she loves it. The bike is rode every day weather permitting. Our street has access to the river trail system around the city and she takes advantage of it. I am thinking about getting one for me too.

Crappy Service

I spent amost 1000 dollars cuz i wanted hi quality service. The bell on the bike didnt work, i didnt get the manual, charger or the key that comes with bike and the manager at the time wanted to give me 10$ off. I will never go back to Dicks, Ever!!

Excellent Ebike/excellent Customer Service

I bought my ebike online when I was in the store since they did not have the color I wanted. The order was cancelled the next day with no notice (I checked my Dick's account online). Calling the store they helped me correct the problem. I am loving the ebike as I live where there are many hills. It gives you the choice of just how much assist you need/want. I could not be happier with this purchase!
