Is It Suppose To Have Pin Holes And Scratches

I bought this shelter recently and took it out for the first time today. I noticed pin holes and spots on the walls that looks like the material is scratched. The material us also tearing away near the zipper. Other than the flaws, putting it up and taking it down was easy and space was nice.
