1) the club appeared to be used. No plastic wrap on the head. No plastic wrap on the grip. The outside of the club head has a scuff on it. 2) the package was supposed to be delivered, and nowhere else was it stated that the sender had put restrictions. Apparently, the package was supposedly delivered but I wasn’t home to sign for it. I tried to get the package redirected by calling golf galaxy but that did nothing. Then randomly the club was delivered 3 days later and the box was opened and had a hole in it. What went wrong here, I don’t know. All I know is there are other vendors for clubs that have better business practices. It’s a shame that my “used” clubs from another vendor came in better shape than my new club from golf galaxy.
