Solid Club When I Need It

Been out twice since ive purchased it and i feel a lot more comfortable around the green. Is my first chipper style club and it takes a lot of getting used to, but after a couple of swings, I’m more comfortable on the fringe and am getting the ball closer to the pin for shorter putts.

It works very goof for me. I hit it better than a Gap Wedge. Use for Long shots around 80 yards and chipping around green. I"m 72

Great Addition To My Bag

I have used it for 4 rounds so far and I am really pleased with it. The feel is great and it has given me more confidence around the green. I can only see my ability with this club improving as I get more experience with it.

Love This Wedge

I've always struggled with my chipping. Both around the greens and at those short distances. I bought this club feeling like I'd finally just given up and was going to try a 'chipper'. What a pleasant surprise this wedge has been. First of all, it's great to bump and run around the greens (expected that). What I didn't expect was how much I'd like hitting it from 100 yards and in. For me it's a 100 with a full swing. I've started using this club from 100 in with the exception of short shots over something where I need to use my sand wedge. This club is harder to mishit and thus more consistent. The short, more upright shaft just makes it easier too. I played yesterday and I'd say this stick saved me at least 5 strokes and that's not an uncommon result. This is the best purchase I've made in a long time. Glad I was wrong about it being a 'chipper'. It's not, it's a chipping wedge: lots of bounce, shorter more upright shaft, super easy to hit.

Great Club

I bought this sand wedge about a month ago. I am a high handicapper and struggle with consistency out of the bunkers as well as short pitch shots around the green. I bought this on a whim from researching the square strike wedge I always see advertised on the golf channel. What I have found with this Sole 3 Wedge is that with the large bounce on the bottom it skims through the sand and more importantly the grass/mud on chip shots. I use this club up to 100 yrs out and really like the consistency it has shown thus far.
