Dicks Customer Service Is Beyond Awful

Ordered this club and it arrived broken. Dicks would only send me another if I paid for another or drove an hour to a store. Their policy is 2-3 weeks to get a refund but expect their customer to pay twice upfront. Do not order from them. I paid to put a new shaft in. So terrible customer service cost me an extra 125$ over purchase price.
