Careful Cobra Won't Warranty These

I bought this 1 year and a month ago and the driver snapped at the hosel. My 9 year old son only used about 10 times. I contacted cobra golf who was super helpful and prompt in responding but, they said that they have an agreement with dicks sporting goods for warranty for these. I called up dicks customer service and they were way less than helpful. They offered no help at all. I just wanted a replacement shaft so I can get it replaced. They didn't even ask what they could do to help. Just is it under warranty nope you missed it by a month. That's too bad. Will be buying golf sets from other places from now on.
