Awesome buy. Comes with a 1 year free subscription to BoatUS which includes a free MMSI number for this handheld. This unit is easy to set up and paired instantly with my Cobra HH450. The Bluetooth features operates as stated. Once you pair your cell phone to the HH600, it will link up automatically there on once you turn the HH600 on. The quality of the calls from a cell phone to the handheld are clean and crisp. Will be using this unit primarily for kayak fishing. Setup process is a breeze on these units. The instructions mirror the sequence of buttons in order in the handheld. Essentially as you read along, the instructions touch on ever function thoroughly. No need to google terms used as the Manuel explains well.

As a Boat Captain you always need a back up radio on your bug out bag. Works really good. If there was one thing I would change, it would be the Dam belt clip. Belt clip ots too weak. Comes off and I have dropped my radio a couple of times due to belt clip failure. other than that. You got GPS full location (numbers) Man over board, stress signal, strobe light, date, time, and many more options.
