Beware Of Cole Haan Support If You Have Issues

I bought these a year ago and because I have several pair of shoes, did not unbox them until this past weekend. The sole on the left shoe's adhesive didn't hold up during my round and the heel tread was flapping when I walked. I contacted Cole Haan and they said nothing could be done. Maybe it was just a one off but I can say that I have several pair of adidas that have seen much more wear and tear and this has never happened. I would also think that a shoe this new would not have this problem after one day wearing.
