Rated 3 out of 5 by from Test Set Up Great First Impression! Perfect for family, fair weather car camping! EASY SET UP! I'm 5'2" tall with a bad lower back and decreased hand strength due to arthritis (can be a problem for repacking a tent). I was able to put the tent up on a breezy day alone in about 5 minutes without any hiccups. Also, I didn't lay the rainfly over it before putting the tent up (DOH!) but I was able to toss it over and hook it up just fine. The entire tent with rainfly was up and operational in less than 10 minutes. Staking the guy-lines will obviously add to the time so total set up should take about 10-15 minutes alone, less time if someone helps. To repack, I laid the rainfly out on top of the flat tent and folded two tent sides in to meet in the middle. I folded those sides in again and then folded one side over on top of the other. I used the carry box as a guide to make sure I had the right length. I then placed the stake bag on top and started rolling! I was able to roll it small enough to fit in the box and zip up the carrier with a little effort. Someone with more strength would have no problem getting this repacked. GOOD ZIPPER. This tent has a good zipper that works smoothly without tight spots or snags. The seams seem durable. There is a rain flap over the lower part of the zipper (that isn't covered by the rainfly) to prevent leaks but it gets caught sometimes. POLES. Two poles for tent and smaller pole for rainfly are sturdy and easy to push through. HIGH SEAMS. This is a bathtub style flooring so the seams are high off the ground which is great. It will require remembering to step higher over the threshold, especially middle of the night. PORTABILITY. The lightweight and compact carrier/box is definitely a pro since I have a small four-door sedan – the tent carrier fit well in the back between the two seats. ROOM FOR THREE AIRBEDS/WOULD BE TOO SMALL FOR 6 ADULTS. Three of us each use twin air-beds and it is clear that this footprint can accommodate them and the gear we don't stow in the car. As for head-room...obviously for us shorties there is plenty. BUT the only way this could accommodate 6 adults and gear is if they sleep side-by-side on mats/in sleeping bags and don't mind the close quarters. GEAR STORAGE: There is a very small plastic ring attached at the top of the tent by a fabric tab to hang a small light or fan or a gunny sack; I don't know that I would hang anything too weighty (the plastic would easily snap, based on previous experience with similar rings). There is a set of three long mesh pockets to store essentials on one side of the door which makes storing items handy but still out of the way, so that is a definite pro. But there are no additional hooks, loops, or o-rings anywhere in the tent to and it would be helpful to have at least one hook/loop to hang small items (such as a light, or small storage bag, etc.) in each corner. PRIVACY/VENTILATION: I was initially bummed by the lack of privacy WITHOUT the rainfly and apparent lack of ventilation WITH the rainfly. My previous tent had two opposite doors and two opposite windows that all unzipped away from meshing for cross-ventilation...for privacy you just zipped them up (of course...for every zipper there is more chance for leakage in a rain storm). The rainfly was only necessary for rain and I rarely used it. This tent has one d-door, the upper half of which unzips for a mesh window when the whole door is zipped up. THIS TENT WITHOUT THE RAINFLY: The top 2/3rds of this tent is fairly flimsy mesh on three sides (the door side has opaque fabric to the top). This is great for ventilation obviously, but not for shade or privacy (and not sure I'm comfortable with my daughters and I sleeping at night exposed to anyone who might wish to look in). There are workarounds to this, I know, either using a tarp outside and above for shade, and/or attaching sheets somehow inside for privacy (why should I even have to consider this? Cmon Coleman!). THIS TENT WITH THE RAINFLY there is now complete coverage for privacy and protection from rain but doesn't seem like there is much cross-ventilation. The rainfly has two extra mesh ventilation screens with a flap that pulls up and away from the rainfly but It is hard to say how well the ventilation works since I wasn't able to set up all the guy-lines (I test set it up on concrete) so perhaps there may be cross-ventilation once all of them (and there are a LOT) are staked. Even though this is categorized as a 4 season tent I don't know that it would be ok for very cold or very hot weather simply because of this all-or-nothing system. I think as awesome as everything else is about the tent this may be the biggest flaw in the design. COLOR: Ok, my bad. I love the green. But only after putting the tent up did I realize the fallacy of purchasing a tent with a WHITE rainfly. I'm assuming this will not stay clean long. Again, my own fault for not thinking it through at time of purchase. Given the chance to do it again, I'd have bought the Navy/Grey version.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rips easily I had bought this tent a month ago, and it ripped in the corner. I got a new one, first night using it, rips again in the corner. Spent too much money for this to happen twice. Good sized tent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from lots of pockets in tent easy to set up I bought this tent and love the many pockets and how easy it is to put up. wish it had a opening for electric outlet or cable cord. Currently trying to locate a rain fly..... Coleman doesn't sell replacements for this product so don't lose yours

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect Car Camping for Two Adults I purchased this tent for 2 to 3 day car camping trips. It has plenty of room for a queen size mattress and gear & you can still walk around inside. Easy setup for 2 people...about 10 min. It ventilates well & still provides privacy. I have not camped in rain with this tent, so I don't know how well it repels water. With 2 adults, the tent large enough to stay cool inside & does not trap excess body heat. For fair weather camping, this tent is great for the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for a family of 4 plus small dog I purchased this tent for my family of 4 plus a small dog. Works great for us. Enough space for our 4 sleep pads, a backpack for each of us and one small dog. It is easy to put up. The first time I put it up though one of the poles cracked. Coleman had a new pole kit to me. It took a little over a week to receive the pole kit. Now I have plenty of extras. I put rain repellant on it, however I have not had a day that it has rained yet while camping in it. It is spacious. Has some nice pockets in the walls and a little hook for a lamp in the top. We've been very happy with our new tent.
