Had it for a year. Half tank and it lites and stays for a little bit. Unplugged from tank purged it by turning on 3 knobs and put together still no big flame

TODAY, 07/10/2024, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THE PURCHASED ITEM WAS PICKED UP. I AM ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO INSISTED I PICKED UP THE ITEM AND WILL (NOW) START A RETURN LABEL FOR SHIPMENT. HOW? WHEN I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM?! DICK'S CUSTOMER SERVICE - YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PROCESS OF RETURN OR RETRAIN YOU EMPLOYEES.
