I CALLED YESTERDAY ON 07/09/2024 TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER. OF WHICH, WAS STATED THAT THE PURCHASE ITEM WOULD BE RETURNED AND CREDITED TO MY CREDIT CARD. TODAY, 07/10/2024, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THE PURCHASED ITEM WAS PICKED UP. I AM ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO INSISTED I PICKED UP THE ITEM AND WILL (NOW) START A RETURN LABEL FOR SHIPMENT. HOW? WHEN I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM?! DICK'S CUSTOMER SERVICE - YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PROCESS OF RETURN OR RETRAIN YOU EMPLOYEES.
