I needed this for a trip, and it just arrived today. I was looking forward to getting it, but when I opened the package I was extremely disappointed and upset. The inside of the hat had a huge brown makeup and sweat stain on the inside band. It is so gross!! And the brim is bent and misshapen. In addition, there was no price tag either!! Now, I have to find the time to go to the store and return this before my trip, and there is not enough time to re-order another one. Where is quality control on the returns?? Obviously, someone wore this hat, got makeup all over it, and took the price tag off AND Dick’s accepted the return and re-sold it to me!!! How is this acceptable?? And I am the lucky one who got it! I cannot say anything about the fit or quality because there is no way on Earth I am putting this on my head after someone else wearing it!!
