My daughter has loved it so far and she would always put up a battle to wear a coat, even in the coldest of winters. So, for me, this is a win and a successful product. The only improvement I´d make is to have the zipper be double, so that it would be possible to lift the zipper from the bottom up. The coat is longer than other jackets, which is great, but if the kid wants to sit down, it would have been more comfortable to be able to lift the bottom part of the zipper a little.

Velcro Spoils The Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super disappointed that this jacket uses velcro! Nowhere on the description says it has velcro and my daughter hates velcro as her hair gets stuck in it and hurts. Why would you put velcro on an otherwise amazing jacket, cheapening your own product? Button snaps would have been perfect. We have been purchasing Columbia for years for the kids and love the brand, but please stop cheapening kids garments.

Nice Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice jacket. Bought it for my daughter. It was a little tight under the arms. So we sent it back and got the next size up. Still a little tight in the arms for range of motion b it she really liked the jacket so we kept it. She also liked that the fur on the hood can come off.

Excellent Parka For The Kids
Kids wear it to school and haven’t complained about the cold even when the temp drops. They don’t have to layer and feel bulky which was their biggest complaint before.
