Not Very Functional
All the pockets are literally mesh, like fishnet. Keys would tear them apart in no time flat. Of course, if you put keys in any of these pockets, you'll feel them rubbing your legs with every step. Despite the surplus of pockets, none of them are especially usable, and I feel the need to keep my items in a separate bag. I also find the gathered nylon waistband hard and uncomfortable, although I'm hoping it might soften with use and washings. There are too many loops that seem to serve no purpose except getting in the way (including on the end of the belt! That one isn't stylish OR functional!) Two stars because these are pretty cute shorts aside from the "sportswear" tag, and they seem well made if poorly designed.
