This is an awesome shirt that I have already used for several different purposes. It is a great shirt to wear kayaking as it is lightweight, cool but keeps the sun off of me without me applying tons of lotion which is not good for the ocean and sweats off of me. I also just used it on a flight to Africa. I always change to comfortable clothing so I don't sleep in my clothes all that time. This shirt works great as I was warm, could put the hood on to keep my head warm in the cold plane and breathable as well and having a range of motion when shifting around in an airplane seat. Highly recommended.
