Good: The seamstresses in India have done excellent work on all three of these shorts that I ordered. Bad: The cargo pockets do NOT fit a 7" phone with the flap secured, and this is even before laundering. Bad: The material is extremely thin. Because it's made of cotton and not synthetics, I can't see this being durable after multiple sittings on boulders or the occasional bush-whacking. Ugly: Columbia's overseas Advisors – the folks you call to get advice on the item – were so woefully trained that they gave unanimous advice that the cargo pockets would fit my phone. They were also completely unaware of the existence of the AI/ML Find My Fit feature for each item. They spoke on a script, and were unwilling to listen to what I was asking.
