You don’t feel the cooling effect right away when you put it on, but during hikes, even when I sweat a lot, it dries quickly and really does feel cool. I’m going through menopause and often get hot flashes at night, so I also wear this as sleepwear. Even when I sweat, it never feels uncomfortable, which is amazing. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be looking for the long-sleeve version next year.
