[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible quality control - unbelievable, actually. There were literally tiny spiky points in the footbed (the spiky points were of the same material the footbed is), in various points, that poked into the bottom of my feet upon trying them on. At first, I thought some loose product debris was between my foot and the sandal, but no, there are literally tiny spiky points - like tiny little needles - in the footbeds of the shoes. I can run my hand across the footbeds and feel the pokes from random the little spikes. Someone messed up on these shoes. It obviously hurt to even try them on, so I am obviously returning them for a refund. Unbelievable waste of time to order these and have to return them. Columbia used to be a great brand, but it seems like quality has gone down terribly over the past few years. I’m quickly losing my previous brand loyalty.
