Surely You Can Do Better!

My wife bought this online for our future daughter in law for pick up in the store. We were notified that is was not available in the store and that they would order it and ship it to her. On delivery she was given an inferior item and overcharged (bait and switch) she took it to the store and informed YOUR staff and they attempted to reimburse her but NOT for the delivery charge!- which was YOUR mistake. Is this how you do business for a twenty something dollar item.... My wife then order it for pickup from the store. She went in to pick it up and again it was the wrong item. Next time I think we'll just order from Amazon...

Cute But Hard To Keep Ears Covered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very cute and soft but a little too brown to match my other moonvista stuff and it’s hard to cover the ears without covering your entire forehead including eyebrows lol. It just look a little off, maybe the sizing should be different to account for the fact you have to wear it at an angle.
