Hate The Fake Fur In The Collar, Messes Up My Hair

This is the 3rd Heavenly Long Hooded Jacket I have purchased. Love the coat, hate the fur lined hood! It messes up my hair every time I put it down. And it looks cheap. Please remove the fur in the future!

I have just worn it for the usual life things, but it gets grease-looking stains on it that won't come out. I've had to wash it 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and the stains still don't come out. I usually love columbia products, but have been very disappointed in the quality of this material. The jacket fit is fantastic, but the material really needs to be updated.

This is the second jacket that I have bought that is exactly the same, I will never by anything else but my first one last for several years before I bought this second one, it’s so comfy and keeps you extremely warm and it’s a light jacket not heavy at all.
