A draw string with tension and toggles would add better functionality.

    Love That It Has Mesh Lining

    I have gone through so many name brand raincoats that have that plasticy lining that just starts flaking off. I was relieved to finally find a nice coat that has a mesh lining instead that I don't have to worry about wearing after I take it off. Love the light color and the length that hits about mid thigh.
